Outdoor wedding at Eaves Hall, Lancashire – Jessica & Connor

Eaves Hall – Ribble Valley

Here is a cheeky little sneak peek of Jess and Connor’s outdoor wedding at Eaves Hall!!

On Saturday, this gorgeous couple became Mr & Mrs! When I asked them why they chose Eaves Hall as their wedding venue. They said that when they had been to look around, it just felt right. I mean, I can’t blame them. It is a beautiful building with the most stunning grounds!

Getting married in July

Usually, when you think go July, you imagine glorious hot, sunny days. Well, it has been raining for the last few weeks. But luckily, it faired up for Jess and Connor’s wedding day and they were able to get married at the front of Eaves Hall! When planning their wedding, they said that had always dreamt of getting married outdoors. I love it when couples’ dreams come true!

The wedding day

Jess, the girls and Rosie, Jess’s Mum got ready at The Lodge on site before making their way up for the civil ceremony. The ceremony area looked incredible! Big white flowers and lots of green foliage. After a lovely service, Jess wanted to take a trip out in the beautiful wedding car. So they followed me a couple of miles down the road to the cute little bridge in the middle of Waddington. Myself and Lauren Simpkin Films were keen to get them back as Jess and Connor wanted to do a private reading of their personal wedding vows in the grounds of Eaves Hall. I am not going to lie, it was beautiful!

Later that day….

Lucy, one of Jess’s bridesmaids is a singer, so she got the party started early on in the day. I love it when this happens as it is another perfect opportunity for me to capture natural shots of guests enjoying themselves. Apart from couples portraits where I offer a bit of guidance to get the most from your session, I tend to mainly shoot natural wedding photographs.

Evening entertainment was provided by Jon from DFC and Fiona on sax! I absolutely love a DJ and a saxophonist together. It’s always a good recipe for an amazing dance floor.

In summary…

I am so glad that Jess and Conor got their outdoor wedding at Eaves Hall! There is so much more I could write about this epic wedding, but I was only supposed to be writing couple of notes to introduce the following pictures! Enjoy!

P.S. The beautiful wedding cake was made by Jess’s Grandma. How special is that?
