Wennington Hall Wedding Photographer

As a Lancashire wedding photographer, I am lucky enough to visit some incredible venues. Recently, I had the pleasure of being Pauline and Lee’s Wennington Hall wedding photographer.

Pauline first got in touch after seeing my work at another wedding. One of her daughters had actually been a bridesmaid at that wedding I photographed last year. I always love links like that. Personal recommendations mean so much, and it is wonderful when past weddings lead to new connections.

The Couple

Pauline told me that she and Lee had been together for 12 years. They were finally ready to tie the knot and celebrate with their loved ones. Their adult children played a big part in the day, making it a genuine family celebration filled with so much love and support.

This wedding was particularly exciting for me because it was my first time working as a Wennington Hall wedding photographer. As I drove up the impressive driveway, I could feel my excitement growing. The venue was every bit as stunning as I had imagined. From the grand exterior to the beautiful grounds, Wennington Hall provides a spectacular setting for wedding photography.

Pauline had planned a relaxed and simple wedding day. I joined them shortly before their wedding ceremony and was greeted by glorious sunshine! The weather could not have been better. Guests enjoyed drinks and canapés in the gardens, making the most of the beautiful surroundings. The venue’s grounds provided the perfect backdrop for natural and relaxed photographs.

Wedding Portraits

Before their wedding, Pauline and Lee told me they were not comfortable in front of the camera. They were not particularly keen on having lots of portraits taken. However, they completely surprised themselves. Once we stepped outside, they relaxed into the experience and looked fantastic. Their happiness was clear to see, and their genuine connection shone through in every image.

As a Wennington Hall wedding photographer, these are the moments I love to capture. Real smiles, genuine emotion, and couples simply enjoying their wedding day together.

As Pauline and Lee had chosen a half-day photography package, I finished coverage shortly after they were seated for their wedding breakfast. It was the perfect ending to a wonderful day.
