Mytton Fold Wedding

When Claire & Matt contacted me to see if I was available to be their Mytton Fold wedding photographer, I was keen to say yes! I knew it has recently been revamped and I was keen to work there. Also, this lovely wedding venue is literally 5 minutes from my house making it even better!!

Before their wedding, I asked this gorgeous couple how they met (I am nosey and always loved the details!). Claire said –

“We first saw each other in a pub in Farnworth whilst out with mutual friends. Although we did not speak a word to each other, I thought he seemed an idiot and he thought I was moody! A few weeks later we were both at our mutual friends house and spoke a little, but not much. Later that week Matt added me on snapchat (how millennial of us). And that is our love story!

As you can see, their first impressions of each other was completely wrong! They enjoyed a beautiful wedding day together, surrounded by their friends, family and two dogs, Bella and Rufus! Unfortunately, Claire’s Mum passed away a couple of weeks before their wedding. They made sure she was still remembered though out and even had a table setting for her. Claire had really wanted a fireworks display and wondered why she was struggling to source one – They got married on 5th November, you know, bonfire night! So they opted for sparklers instead.

I wish this lovely couple all the best for their future together. They are absolutely adorable.
